Many moons ago I started the Cosmic Spirit Wellness blog without knowing what the actual purpose of it was supposed to be.
All I knew was that I was passionate about wellness in tune with the Tarot, oracle cards, creative journaling, the moon and the stars – mindful ways to live a magical life – but I was too blocked up to really get going with it.
And then, pandemic to the rescue! 😄
I don’t know about you, but my life has slowed down over the last twelve months.
I had more time to think about
- what was really important to me
- my values around money and achievements
- making life simpler and more joyful
- living true to myself
- meaningful connections
- mental health
- what inspires me
- the universe and everything 😃
And I began to realise what I wanted to write about here on Cosmic Spirit Wellness: my personal journey and passing on wisdom and inspiration I have found along the way.
Every month I want to share with you my experiences, lessons learned and ideas on how to make life easier, less stressful and more enjoyable, but also how to cope with hardships, insecurities and uncertainty in a practical non-preachy way.
By non-preachy I mean avoiding judgement and toxic positivity.
Life can be cruel and messy, dark and unforgiving.
Sometimes it helps to be comforted and inspired by positive words, and sometimes it’s okay to sit with the pain and let it linger, taking time to gently find a way forward.
We are all different, and while something works for me, it might not work for you. That’s okay.
I’m not here to offer miracle cures but simply new perspectives and approaches you may not have thought of before.
