How do I place an Order?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.<\/p>\n

What are the Postage Costs?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Postage within the UK is currently charged at a flat rate of \u00a35.00. Orders over \u00a350 are shipped FREE of charge within the UK, standard delivery.<\/p>\n

Overseas shipment has not been set up yet, but if you live outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us<\/a>. Postal costs will be higher than the UK flat rate, and we cannot offer free shipping on international deliveries, but we will only charge postage at cost depending on the product weight and postal service you require.<\/p>\n

How long does delivery take?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Most UK deliveries arrive within 48 hours of you placing your order. Personalised items and hand-made to order, please allow between 14 and 21 days for delivery. You should allow between 14 and 21 days for orders to destinations outside of the UK.<\/p>\n

Are my credit card details safe?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Yes. Our payment service provider, PayPal provides the safest means available today for ordering securely on the Internet.\u00a0Click here\u00a0to read our security statement.<\/p>\n

Can I receive an order quickly in time for a birthday or Christmas?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Yes. Your first option is to place your order before 12 noon on a working day, and it will be dispatched as a standard service the same day 1st class Recorded Delivery without additional charge.<\/p>\n
